International Day Experiencing Abstinence (IDEA), is celebrated the third weekend in November, to encourage OA members worldwide to begin or reaffirm their abstinence from compulsive overeating.

“KEEP IT SIMPLE” is the theme of the day!

Come…and bring a friend, your sponsee/sponsor  or someone new to the program!
